Lucy Booth has released recently her new single Forest Fire and it is a real gem. I adore the almost surreal melodies which create multiple soundscapes full of diverse dynamics. Besides, the vocal performance is grandiose, Lucy has such a unique voice. Furthermore, I am also a big fan of the powerful chorus!
The story behind Forest Fire is just like the sound very impressive. Lucy explains, ”This song is about how our actions have consequences which we ultimately have to face up to. Our planet is burning before our eyes yet people continue to add fuel to the fire, and for this they may be judged harshly by those who are impacted.”
