Speaking about the track, Cait says: ”I was married for almost 6 years. The death of that relationship really scared me. I drank too much. I went to jail. I wasn’t a good friend. I was afraid to let anyone get close, so I pushed the people I loved away. This song is about fear. Fear is so powerful, and I think that being able to name it gives me a chance to fight it.”
