Northern California native CLRX has emerged with a crystallized, genre-bending sound that’s already elevated her above her peers. Equal parts MØ and M.I.A., she has a vocally carefree edge owed to free-wheeling teenage years spent in the Bay Area, recklessly skating through The Tenderloin and sifting through records at Amoeba alike.
So Clean is CLRX’s debut single and it sounds awesome. I really like the innovative pop melodies which show thoughtful artistic choices. Besides, CLRX’s vocal performance is outstanding. She has a very powerful voice. Furthermore, I also adore the catchy chorus!
