A Swede who calls Sydney home, indie pop artist Mila Nile is a musical hybrid. Blending influencers from both ends of the world, her music combines the icy soul of the north with the bright sizzle of the south.
Where Did the Time Go is Mila’s new single and it sounds amazing. I really like the modern pop melodies. Besides, the vocal performance is powerful. Furthermore, I am also a big fan of the uplifting chorus!
Lyrically, Mila knows to impress. She describes the track as “a song about daily pressures, fear of missing out and finding acceptance in where you are in life. In a world where every success story is right under your nose it’s easy to feel like your own accomplishments are insignificant. Like the years disappeared and you just couldn’t keep up.”
