James Beau Barclay grew up in Bristol and started playing guitar as a 9-year-old, he developed a real passion for music through songwriting as a 14-year-old. He found the songwriting process incredibly cathartic helping him deal with life’s traumas. Now London-based, he works part-time as a designer/illustrator spending as much of his time off pursuing a career in music.

You Make Life Easy is James’s new single and it sounds very impressive. I am a big fan of the powerful guitar riffs. Besides, the construction of the chorus is amazing. Furthermore, I also adore the outstanding vocal performance!

The single is accompanied by an amazing music video. The clip is fun to watch!

Speaking about the track, James says: ”You Make Life Easy is an upbeat and optimistic indie pop song. This song was inspired by my incredibly joyful girlfriend. She has shown me a better way to look at life and ultimately made it easy.”
