Lefuturewave is a music blog based in the Netherlands. We feature emerging as well as established artists.
Hailing from Vienna, Austria, Marie Lang discovered her love for music at an early age, which led her to relocate to Boston in 2012 to attend Berklee College of Music. She graduated in 2016 and spent the next couple of years in Brooklyn before moving out to LA this past year to focus on more collaborations.
Lang recently released her debut EP Body and it sounds amazing. I like the unique instrumentals. Besides, the dynamic elements are impressive. Furthermore, I am also a fan of the enchanting vocals.
Lyrically, the EP is very impressive. Portraying femininity in all its shapes and nuances, the EP gives a glimpse into the balancing act of a young woman seeking her path through her 20s while chasing dreams and getting caught up in one or the other relationship.
Lang’s debut EP is a true masterpiece. Be sure to stream it as soon as possible!
