The song sounds so good. I like the upbeat beat. Besides, the vocals are sublime. Furthermore, I am also a fan of the powerful hooks and dynamic elements.
Lyrically, the song is very impressive. Colour Me In thematically expresses the nature of love, hence the garden aesthetic, and poetically summarises our biological instincts and how falling in love can feel so ‘out of control it leaves you wasted’.
