Étincelles is the first single from Club Célest’s forthcoming debut EP.
The song sounds so good. I like the lo-fi influences. Besides, the vocals are sublime. Furthermore, I am also a fan of the solid hooks and unique grooves.
Étincelles is accompanied by a fantastic music video, directed by Lucie Ternisien. The video immerses us in a 2000’s beach background where two characters, Célest and Léon, tend to escape a daily life. As they race through the city, they discover extraordinary landscapes and go deeper into a virtual world. The video questions our time, the fascination for the ideal image, the false appearances; the portraits that we would like to tear, the paradisiacal places and the surface impression that we would like to escape but that captivate us.
Célest delivers art. Étincelles deserves all the attention. Start streaming it now!
You can stream Étincelles below on Spotify or YouTube!
