Lyrically, the song has a lot of depth. It’s about how in a relationship, things are sometimes complicated.
Speaking about the track, the artist says: ” I found that being in quarantine you really see all the best things and all the mess in your relationships, and, with the mess, you decide whether you can work through it or not? You Make Up Your Mind essentially. The style of music, I would say, really describes me, my personality, and where I’m at mentally. My mental health has been a journey and still is.”
