Dana Williams recently released her new single underwater.
The song sounds so good. I like the soulful grooves. Besides, the hooks are solid. Furthermore, I am also a fan of the soothing vocals and nostalgic elements.
Lyrically, the song has a lot the depth. Co-written with Producer Jordan Waré and L.3.G.I.O.N., Dana says she wrote underwater ”about modern love and the worries the future brings. There are so many things that we have no control over like natural disasters, global warming and pandemics. There is a feeling of helplessness of wanting to get to know someone while feeling the anxiety and uncertainty of the future of our world. It often feels like time is running out.”
underwater is paired with a music video. Visually it looks incredible. The clip really captures the essence of the story.
Dana delivers once again. She is one of a kind. The song deserves to be heard.
