Una Mey is a vocalist born and raised in Vancouver, Canada. Her sound is diverse, delving into R&B, Pop, and Electronic. She takes influence from Lana Del Rey, Kali Uchis, and more.
Mey recently released her new single Bad News Boys, which is produced by Mr. Stee.
The song has a surreal quality. I like the airy vocals. Besides, the hooks are solid. Furthermore, I am also a fan of electric guitars and psychedelic synths.
As though it was handwritten in a love letter, Mey’s lyricism never falls short of honest. With power-commanding lines like, “I like how your voice sounds, best against my neck,” and a romantic chorus like, “I wear the same perfume which I wore when I met you,” Mey continues to paint pictures with her writing.
The vocalist delivers once again. She’s one of a kind. Her music showcases her creativity. The song has everything to be a success.
