Savannah King recently released her fourth EP Moab.
The mini-album was recorded at Garden Studios in New York and is a musical painting of several weeks spent in the Utah desert of Moab in her 1987 campervan. All three songs from the EP were written in this short period of time in Moab, UT.
A big highlight is The Cost.
The song has a surreal quality. I like the quirky melodies. Besides, the vocals are outstanding. Furthermore, I am also a fan of the uplifting elements and folk influences.
Lyrically, the artist delivers. The Cost is about embracing the uncomfortable chaos of building the life you dream of.
Savannah music connect with the universe. She is so creative and artistic. The song deserves to be heard.
