Speaking about the track, the artist says: ”Better was many years in the making. It is an ongoing journey of discovering and becoming who I am, and my personal experience with God. I got stuck for years and wrote other songs and thought about other things. Then I came back to it in the last year or so and finished the song. My aim has always been to write songs that are true. Not just copies of other peoples’ words, but truth I can put my hand on a Bible and swear to. This song is true. I have tasted incredibly delicious food. Seen outrageously beautiful places. Had conversations that changed life and opened eyes. Experienced sacred things that words can’t even name. But God is better. Always.”
Lizi’s art is next level. Her talent has no limits.
