Natalie Schlabs is a Nashville-based singer/songwriter.
She just shared her new single Go Outside. The song is from her forthcoming album Don’t Look Too Close.
The song has a unique quality to it. I like the amazing vocals. Besides, the hooks are solid. Furthermore, I’m also a fan of the soothing harmonies and uplifting elements.
Lyrically, Natalie delivers. Go Outside is particularly resonant right now as people are beginning to emerge slowly from quarantine – encouragement for folks to embrace the world in person and not via screens.
Speaking about the track, the artist says: ”I wrote Go Outside as a reminder to put down my phone and pursue activities that fill me with a tangible sense of the world and my ‘flesh and bone’ neighbor outside my door. To be outside is to be surrounded by a world I can’t control and beauty I did not have to create myself. I can let go of some of my control and simply be.”
Natalie has her own style. She’s so artistic.
The song deserves to be heard. Every second is captivating.
