Aiona Santana is a Belgian-born, Venezuelan-raised, Ottawa-based multi-faceted artist, vocalist, and songwriter.
In November 2019, she released her debut EP Invicta, Pt. 1.
One of the highlights is Forgive & Forget.
The song has a unique quality to it. I like the smooth drums. Besides, the melodies are amazing. Furthermore, I’m also a fan of the cool vocals and hooks.
Lyrically, Aiona delivers. Every sentence has meaning.
Speaking about the track the artist says: ”This song is a representation of an older self talking to their younger self, wishing they could share what they know now with their younger self to protect them.”
Aiona is a rising superstar. She makes real art. Her music connects with people.
