The song sounds so good. I like the unique piano work. Besides, the hooks are memorable. Furthermore, I’m also a fan of the airy vocals and mellow drum patterns.
Lyrically, Bella delivers. She has an impressive writing style.
Speaking about the track, the artist says: ”In a time of reflection we often look back at pictures to familiarise ourselves with poignant memories of the past and present. My song Pictures demonstrates what it feels like to have loved and to have lost love, in particular the strong emotions surrounding a first love. I emphasise feelings of intense heartbreak, living through the emotions it prevails and accepting them. Even though, heartbreak and loss can feel utterly soul destroying a sense of growth will always shine through and the sadness that once existed will become lighter and a distant memory. With a sense of melancholy sadness at the start, the song gradually transitions into a positive shift of learning to accept, to let go and to continue to empower myself and others.”
Bella is a rising superstar. Her art speaks volumes.
