Speaking about the track, the artist says: “I wrote this song a few years ago and it’s stuck with me ever since. It’s a very one sided story maybe one I was too familiar with at that time. The lyrics reminisce on love, inner anxious thoughts and the bridge itself is a literal fight. I just wanted to capture the feelings I had of wanting something back that was too far gone.”
Paul’s music connects with people. Forest Fires deserves to be heard. It’s a masterpiece, in my opinion.
