From the rugged hills of New Zealand and the shores of Melbourne comes the addictive and dynamic indie-pop duo, Ironess.
They just released a new single titled Comfortable.
It’s a fantastic piece of work. Ironess captivates listeners with smooth grooves, unique guitar melodies, sublime vocals, electronic sounds, and memorable hooks.
“Sometimes in a relationship, one person can outgrow or change and can end up at a crossroads trying to figure out what life looks like away from the sameness and comfort that a relationship can provide,” Ironess explains.
“We didn’t want Comfortable to be a one-sided story, because in the end it takes two to tango. This song digs deep into the emotions which sometimes you’re afraid to let out because you don’t want to hurt the other person’s feelings.”
In call and response style, the lyrics capture the thoughts of experiencing and talking through these challenges: Everytime we cross the same lines we lose ourselves again.
Ironess continues to deliver good music. They have so much talent Comfortable deserves to be heard.
