Lefuturewave is a music blog based in the Netherlands. We feature emerging as well as established artists.
This was the 90’s club scene in Bergen, and Villa Amorini was the place where everything happened. Starting as an 80’s fine dining spot, it evolved into an extravagant club with tons of artists and DJ’s in screaming shirts and oversized sunglasses.
This sets the scene for Orions Belte’s second album. Still a mix of all the sounds they like — their blend of underground pop, psych, and world music is a mysterious mix. While reminiscing eras they haven’t experienced, and trying to navigate in their own musical atmosphere, their music remains chaotic and calm at the same time.
They recently released new single Conversations (feat. Shikoswe).
The song features solid melodies, cool grooves, lush vocals, and memorable hooks. Captivating from the first second. Every sound has a place.
The music – directed and filmed by Nikolai Grasaasen – captures the essence of the song. Visually, it’s great.
Conversations deserves 5 stars. A real masterpiece, in my opinion. Definitely worth a listen. Perfect for today.
