Tanaë is a 23-year-old singer-songwriter from Belgium who’s influenced by Lauryn Hill and Amy Winehouse but also artists of her own generation such as Jorja Smith, Billie Eilish and Sevdaliza.
Heart Wide Open is one for the Pop/R&B fans. Tanaë combines soulful vocals with ethereal grooves. It has a great energy to it. Really interesting if you ask me.
After Listen, Heart Wide Open is the second single from Tanaë’s next EP which will be released in March 2021. In this song, Tanaë reveals herself and is not afraid to let her vulnerability shine through. She’s coming to terms with her life and who she is and she no longer fears the gaze of others.
Can’t wait for the EP. Just 5 months away now.
