Classically-trained singer-songwriter Laura Marano returns with a stripped-down version of her song Something To Believe In. It’s hopeful and uplifting. This will make your day better. The darkness will fade away eventually. We need light to see. Laura’s vocal are backed by piano and strings, resulting in a sound that’s iconic.
She explains: “Throughout 2020, I found myself (along with many other artists) performing at home, in a more stripped down environment. Out of all my songs, I felt that my fans really kept responding to my acoustic live version of Something to Believe In, so I decided to make a version that they could listen to whenever they wanted. I worked on it with my boyfriend (who helped produce the original version and has performed the song live with me), and I’m so proud of the product we came up with.”
Absolutely a calm bop. Excellent production, full of character and personality. Songwriting is on another level. Check out Something To Believe In (Stripped) below!
