Australian artist Tanya George returns with brand new single Welcome. It’s well-constructed, perfectly balanced. Really something different, you’ll be amazed. Tanya loops her voice to create a bright atmosphere, resulting in a catchy record.
The lyrics are poetic in a sense. Inspiring storytelling, full of artistic personality. Tanya explains: ”If we welcome fear and love, we can welcome the change we want to see within ourselves, others and the world. Fear is usually associated or seen as a negative emotion and we try push against it instead of questioning why it makes us feel uncomfortable. Fear usually stems from love and love usually stems from fear but there is a greater power to come if we welcome both emotions with equal kindness. The outcome in most circumstances will equal the necessary change we need to make in order to grow. Fear plus love equals change.”
