When A Girl Says No, the new single from French singer-songwriter Jenn Sarkis, is out now. It’s her way of screaming YES to all the women speaking up. The lyrics have been carefully crafted, with Jenn conveying powerful messages that you should hear. They’re really a tribute to all those people who had the courage to say NO and who made it their life’s mission to fight against harassment and inequalities.
I like the production here as it sounds iconic. Especially the beat sticks out. Why? Well, it has such a catchy funky pop edge.
