Singer-songwriter Hunter created a Hyperpop version of Mariah Carey’s classic, we belong together. Modern in sound, and masterfully crafted. It has a variety of elements that I enjoy. For example, there are cool vocal effects included. The instrumental continues to amaze throughout.
Regarding the track, Hunter says: ”The last year has been extremely tough on a lot of us, and as silly as it sounds, revisiting music from the 2000’s has been something my friends and I have taken some joy and comfort in. The original version of this song is one of my favorites and I wanted to make a version that we could go hard and dance to.”
