Summer Heart is a singer-songwriter from Sweden. There are strong nostalgic undertones in Wash You Off. Especially since it has such a crisp sound, I really enjoy the vocals. The chorus can be described as fantastic, so masterfully composed.
Speaking about the new single, Summer Heart said: “Wash You Off is about trying to get rid of a negative past and moving on to a new and hopefully exciting phase in life. Leaving bad habits and old patterns behind is definitely something I struggle with and it feels like I’m stuck from time to time. The only thing that works is just going out for a run, taking a long shower and literally wash the past off.”
There will be an EP, called Insecurities. I’m already looking forward to that, Wash You Off offers a good glimpse at the quality we can expect. You should check it out below!
