Coral Moons is a retro-rock band from Boston, MA. They unveil their new single, Like We Used To. This music combines multiple genres, like Rock and Soul, to create one authentic sound. A number of brilliant elements are included in the instrumentation, which I really appreciate. Carly’s vocals are crisp, adding richness.
Like We Used To talks about an old lover. It’s natural toxic energy keeps wanting to pull you back into an old relationship while you fantasize about it. The end of the song ends in an abrupt snap that ends your daydreaming and knocks you back to reality to remind you why you left to begin with.
Songs like Like We Used To are timeless. Production-wise, on a whole other level. You can listen below!
