DIVIANNE began making songs in France. She moved to London in 2019 to pursue a music career. During the past two years, there have been some noteworthy releases by the singer-songwriter. Hold Space for Me recently made its debut. The track is soulful and delightful, showcasing a unique 70s-style voice charged with deep-rooted emotions.
DIVIANNE says the following: ”I see Hold Space for Me as the perfect song to introduce myself. I wrote this song in 2018. I was packing for a 5-month trip in South America, getting ready to open a new chapter of my life and doing a lot of introspection. I wanted a song both playful and vibrant without being superficial that captured who I was at that time. It’s also a song about love and what it implies to truly hold space for somebody or something new in your life.”
Hold Space for Me will be featured on DIVIANNE’s upcoming EP, Peace of Mind. A project that’s already getting some real buzz. I cannot wait to listen to it, but this new single keeps me going in the meantime. Check it out below!
