French singer/songwriter Sofia Anastasio recently put out a song called Eurolines, which pays homage to Amsterdam. It describes a weekend she spent there with friends. In the bus on the way back to Paris, Sofia wrote the lyrics. It was autumn and raining that day. Like the mood of the track, it was melancholy and happy.
The instrumentation on Eurolines is exceptional; it’s dreamy at times, but also energetic in certain segments, such as the chorus. This track has plenty of catchy melodies and grooves. Sofia’s vocals blend nicely with the music.
