It’s so easy to get stuck in the past. We replay our mistakes over and over in our minds, letting them completely control us. But the truth is, dwelling on the past doesn’t do us any good. In fact, it’s quite the opposite.
When we focus on our failures, we’re only limiting our ability to move forward. We become paralyzed by our fears and doubts, unable to take risks or make progress. So why not let go of the past? It’s freeing to know that we don’t have to be burdened by our mistakes anymore. We can start fresh, with a clean slate and a different perspective.
Mikalyn’s latest single, Phases, is all about living in the moment and making the most of every opportunity. No matter what life throws at you, it’s important to remember that every day is a new day.
