It’s a good idea to set limits for yourself, both in the amount of work you take on and the amount of stress you allow into your life. When you’re constantly pushing yourself to do more, be more and have it all, it’s easy to get overwhelmed. And this isn’t sustainable or healthy.

vega vi’s second single, Healer, is all about finding serenity. It teaches us that we must learn how to let go. When we let go, we’re opening our hearts and minds to new possibilities.

Healer strikes an interesting balance between spheric electronica and pervasive pop. It’s haunting and ethereal, while being also catchy and accessible. I really like how the melody fades in and out during the final 20 seconds. Let’s call it legendary!

This song is for those who want something different, but still want something that’s easy to latch onto. It’s left me thinking about the concept of healing, both on a personal level and on a larger scale. What does it mean to heal? What do we need to do to make things right again? These are questions that Healer asks, and ones that are worth exploring.
