We all experience moments when we know we’re not going to be good company. We might be picking a fight, or just not in the mood to be friendly. When that happens, it’s usually a sign that something is wrong.
What do these moments teach us? They teach us that we need to take some time for ourselves and deal with whatever it is that’s bothering us. Otherwise, we’re just going to end up taking our anger out on other people.
