Faybee’s new single, Figure Out, is about being in a relationship that’s not quite as clear as you’d like it to be. You feel confused and unsure about where their head is at with you and it’s constantly on your mind, taking all of your headspace. You want them to truly claim the relationship and scream it to the world, but they seem content to keep things just the way they are.
Figure Out has the potential to become one of those songs that stays in your head for a long time due to its easy-listening beat and melody. While neither of them is very dynamic, they both have the right amount of energy.
Faybee delivers an outstanding performance here. She never stops expressing emotion through her voice, even in sections like the chorus. Faybee also has a great sense of pitch, which allows her to stay on key no matter what the song demands.
