With her new single, The Sun is Set to Come Home, singer/songwriter/producer Léana will envelop you in bliss. Its guitar melodies are wonderful and radiate warmth that you simply cannot turn away from. The production builds slowly, but suddenly changes direction at 2:10, which caught me off guard.
Léana wrote The Sun is Set to Come Home during COVID, when she was lucky enough to go to the beach often and safely. Being able to watch the sunset every day in a world rife with uncertainty brought her comfort and provided the inspiration for this song.
