Independent artist PENNY X released her debut EP, how (not) to get over your X last week, along with the lead single, single song. The song describes the moment when you realize you haven’t moved on from someone who isn’t worth your time. In the end, this person will only hold you back. No matter how difficult it may be, you must eventually let go.
single song consists of high-quality vocals that cut clearly through the mix. A few subtleties in the production make you want to listen to certain sections multiple times before going on to the next one. In particular, I like the last chorus, since it leaves quite an impact.
