Israeli singer-songwriter Shai Rose releases Overthinking, her heartfelt new single. Even though it’s quiet in sound, it somehow manages to carry you away from the very beginning. The guitar here makes beautiful patterns. I believe the vocals bring a soulful quality to the song.
Overthinking is essentially about Shai falling in love with a friend who didn’t feel the same way about her. She wondered how she misinterpreted the situation and realized that things don’t always make sense.
