KLEO’s new single, TWDN, explores the line between consumer and product, and explains how capitalism has exacerbated it to the point where we can’t distinguish ourselves from the possessions we buy. In addition to criticizing our consumer culture, KLEO also offers a path to freedom. She invites us to think outside the box, to see the bigger picture. When we do that, everything will become clearer right away.
TWDN is excellently produced. It has hard-hitting beats, for example. Alongside this, there are subtle synthesizers that make the track sound more complex. KLEO’s vocals maintain their soothing tone, contrasting beautifully with the musical background.
This song is everything you could ask for. KLEO really tried something different, making her one of the most intriguing emerging artists of 2023. Check out TWDN below!
