Candlelight Ficus has released an awesome new single called The Fool (featuring Fraeulein Astrid) that really resonates with anyone who’s dealt with stressful relationships in the past. The lyrics capture the emotions of being completely unaware of the truth and being manipulated by an untrustworthy partner.
The accompanying music video portrays this sentiment well. It features Candlelight Ficus frontman Niki Waltersdorfer and Fraeulein Astrid as sad clowns sitting at a restaurant that doesn’t seem to have time for them. Their sorrowful expressions speak volumes.
