Talented singer-songwriter Andie Mechanic debuts her new single, Lucy. It’s her interpretation of a horror film. Throughout, you’ll hear captivating guitar melodies and alt-pop elements. Especially at 01:38, the sound becomes more intense. I’d even characterize it as gritty. The vocals are fluid at every point.
Lucy explores how it feels to abandon someone that you once promised to love forever (and how that can make you feel absolutely evil). Mechanic hopes this song will allow you to accept the worst parts of yourself as she has accepted hers.
