Canadian R&B Artist Emily Chambers releases her new single, Intermission, along with an EP of the same name. The song has calm 90s synths and warbled guitars that flutter like birds during the spring. The beat blends harmoniously with the vocals.
Intermission was written when Emily moved back to Canada from the US during the pandemic. It symbolizes her love affair with Music City, and asks “is this the end, or just the intermission?”.
