NY confessional singer/storyteller Olive Louise writes pop music with classical influences. Her latest single, Special, has been beautifully produced. Its piano melodies and strings, for example, sound magical. The vocals flow like endless rivers, they come straight from the heart.
Special reflects on experiences when Olive felt nervous and out of place and wished she could feel comfortable as herself rather than wanting to leave immediately. I cannot say anything other than the lyrics are phenomenal.
