Singer-songwriter Jenny Stenger releases her new single, Unlovable. It uses tender guitar melodies to establish a heartfelt atmosphere. The vocals are crisp in tonality, and they beautifully accentuate the lyrics’ thoughtfulness. A striking chorus follows the verse.
Stenger wrote this song when she was dealing with the deep-rooted fear of being unlovable. It’s about trying to understand there isn’t anything wrong with you just because feelings are unrequited or relationships don’t work out, but finding it hard to believe it and ultimately blaming yourself.
