Manchester-based Singer-songwriter Lusaint releases her new single, Sweet Tooth. With the support of slinky piano chords and funk bass, the sound it produces is cohesive. The vocals fit perfectly here due to their rawness.
Sweet Tooth explores the theme of obsession or addiction towards someone or something, and the struggle to break free from its powerful hold. Lusaint sings in the chorus, “I hate it ‘cos I love you / addicted to the taste,” a bittersweet expression.
