Indie-folk songwriter Gileah Taylor releases her new single, Dream Explorer. It has flamenco-style finger-picked guitar and cinematic strings that contrast brilliantly. The vocals have much identity and are well-sung, which ensures that you get absorbed by them.
Dream Explorer is about wanting to be seen and saved. Taylor vividly imagines herself looking up at the moon and stars at night with a sad expression on her face. She’s hoping that someone will find her, comfort her, and bring her back to her house.
