Bellah Mae continues her Sad Girl Era with Hell & Never Back, the next track from her forthcoming Never Waste A Heartbreak EP, out June 7th. It describes the feeling of breaking up. It’s like being on a stuck road when this happens. You see your future through new eyes almost immediately.
Hell & Never Back takes a few cues from country music and lays them over some delightful guitars and drums. Bellah delivers dynamism that’s refreshing. The chorus achieves its goal swimmingly.
