Summer wouldn’t be the same without new music from Starlight Alice. The two share their acoustic effort, Mary. I dig how the tender guitar melodies twinkle as the arrangement unfolds, holding your arm, so you never lose your way and don’t look below. The vocals are reminiscent of rain falling on a window, they tackle the right sound. The chorus amplifies the ‘wow’ factor even more.
Mary talks about how some people give us hope during times of uncertainty. In addition to this, the lyrics stress the value of love. Things are really sweet here.
