Reghan Cutler is a multi-talented musician based in Visalia, California. She releases her new single, Swear Jar. It talks about a relationship that ended. Cultur looks back on the highs and lows of it while finding her own path. Although it’s not easy, she tries.
Acoustic guitar melodies provide the bulk of the foundation for this song. However, there are also stringed instruments in the composition. The vocals have a unclouded tone, delving over the mountains like skiers.
