Singer-songwriter HOLYSEA releases her new single, Elysium. Its lyrics outline the transition from a place of brokenness and mourning to a decision to seek peace and grace. HOLYSEA contemplates on the idea that we’ve the potential to create our own heaven or hell both mentally and physically.
Elysium has experimental pop production. I’m spell-bound by the way the guitar sets up the melody before full instrumentation enters the picture. The vocals resemble those of AURORA, but have their own title as well.
