Emma Noren is a queer songwriter and certified human. She drops her new single, Domino. The song was written at a time when she was mentally and emotionally exhausted. She constantly wondered what happiness really meant and how to achieve it. Noren sometimes seemed trapped in a drama.
Organic instrumentation gives the foundation enough strength. I like the vocals because they challenge you to see beyond what’s right in front of you. The chorus has a cinematic structure, which fits well with the rest of the song.
Noren continues to push the industry norms. She does things differently. Check out Domino below!
