Rising singer/songwriter Claire Maisto releases her new single, machine, featuring DISC 2. It’s about society always requiring you to be on. Rest is rarely appreciated. You must always have the broader goal in mind. And that’s exactly what makes it tiring.
Machine has soulful chords that can sometimes veer towards the abstract side, which also distinguishes them. The vocals spin the production 180 degrees several times due to their strong presence. The chorus oozes coolness with its atmospherics.
