Sister Teeth is an up-and-coming artist living in Long Beach, CA. Shereleases her new single, LA Prayers. It has a foundation built on synthesizers. I like how it makes the sound melodic. The vocals give off a warm glow and are able to underline the thematic context. The gravelly bass sets things in motion.
LA Prayers is about Sister Teeth not wanting anyone else but her partner. She’s happy with their life in LA and they go through thick and thin together. It’s nice to listen to, and if you can recognize yourself in the lyrics, you might appreciate them even more.
